Shipping & Returns

Complimentary US shipping on team gear orders over $75. Orders under $75 ship at a flat rate of $6. Tickets are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.
Delivery Times
United States: 3 to 5 business days
Local pickup (Waddell): available at the gym on home game nights
International: 7 to 14 business days
Returns
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed team gear within 14 days of delivery with all tags attached. Game and concert tickets are final sale and non-refundable; rescheduled events will honor original tickets.

Tickets & Group Rates

Single-game tickets for Guardians home games are sold through our online team store and at the door on game night. Doors open 30 minutes before tip-off at the ALA West Foothills gym in Waddell.
Season Tickets
A home season pass covers every regular-season home game and supports the booster club directly.
Group & Youth Rates
Groups of 10+ save up to 25% per ticket. Youth teams, schools, and non-profit groups receive priority pricing.
Premium & Hospitality
Businesses can bundle tickets with a corporate sponsorship package. Contact us for a custom quote.
